There are some new Valentine's Day themed items stocking in the Holiday Shop. There is a wide range, from plushes to cupid's arrow. But they won't be around very long, so get them while they are here.

The awards for the Bitian Almanac have been given out! Everyone who submitted an article, review, or comic has received either a Bronze, Sliver, or Golden Marin Figurine and a Newsie avatar. Thanks for your submissions, and sorry for being so late. By the way, the awards system is a bit different than on most other sites. Your award is an item, so you can sell it, show it off, or basically anything. Although if you take it out of your items and put it into your shop it will not show up on your profile. I am taking submissions for the March issue of the Bitian Almanac and so far I have only received 1 thing I can use...so seriously people, send in some stuff!

Artistic pets make art, and pets with good vision find things, but what about those geeky smart Starbits? Now they can invent things like paint! Well actually, they can only invent paint right now, but I'll make more things soon. How do you get the berries? Well your pet has to also find those since they are not sold in shops for the obvious reason that they are too messy and that people are so lazy they cannot wrap them in plastic.

The Bitian Almanac is all done! You can get to it by going to the Home page while logged in and clicking on the banner. People who wrote articles, reviews, or comics will recieve their rewards within the week. We are also now accepting stuff for the next BA issue for March, so get writing.

Sorry about the downtime guys! We ran out of bandwidth...I cannot buy any more at this time though, so I am going to set up a donation page tomorrow. But you know, if you want to help out the site then you can always buy stuff from our online store, all the products there are high quality and help SBP. All the ones I've gotten from there are great.

Also, the Bitian Almanac will come out tomorrow, since we missed the release date because of the downtime. So make sure you are here to read it!

Well, Starbits went through some downtime yesterday, but everything is back and I for one am super happy since I was seriously bored!

So, to make up for it, have some Valentine Themed Minibits to add to your growing collection~

"Personally...I really hate Valentine's day..."

I forgot to add, these WILL be gone by the end of the month. Love comes and goes afterall ;)
